2. QR Code Functionality

• The QR code links to a hosted profile or document.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that the linked information is accurate and up to date.

• We are not liable for any outcomes arising from outdated, missing, or incorrect information linked to the QR code.

 

3. Subscription & Renewal

• Your QR code tag includes access to our hosted service for 3 years from the date of purchase.

• After this period, a renewal fee of $4.95 per year will be required to continue access to the service.

• If renewal is not paid, the QR code may be deactivated.

 

4. Personal Data & Privacy

• By using the Contact Awareness QR Code Tag, you consent to storing the personal data linked to it.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
